Pros

There is a ton of potential for growth in this company no matter the position you hold. They are always focused on continuous improvement for their employees which is something I look for in a company. They pay well and care about your happiness.

Cons

They've truly been working to correct the cons that they used to have. Even in the last year this company has changed and grown a lot. This is all for the better.

Company is growing by leaps and bounds and encourages their employees to be creative and to contribute new ideas. MS Companies offers a great work/life balance and the opportunity to grow from a career standpoint.

Cons

None that I can think of. Upper management please continue to empower and encourage your employees! Nothing but great things coming in the future!
