No professionalism,zero training, 6 days a week .
Pros
Easy to get job ..no interview other than phone call. Met a couple good people.
Cons
2 work weeks still unpaid. Lack of direction or training Slow simple useless 3rd party inspecting. Whoever contracted MS companies to this location should go see what they are wasting money on . or how often direct employees slack purposely. Which makes MS employee's job virtually halt. 8 hrs days maybe 2 hrs total of "work" sat n waited the other 6 hrs. 6 days a week $12 an hour. And of those hours your standing looking at whatever to pass time u till direct employees do their jobs. MS employees were told not to help ..not to go "out of our way" "ya dont get paid for that" Smh ok?? What's the issue with being progressive?? Lots of attitude in the air from bosses and "MS lead" No professionalism. MS Must bid low to potential companies that contract them in . because i see no other reason to bring in people to sit stand or wander around :/
