Hired for a particular job at a seemingly great pay, only to absorb the roles of two other managers without receiving a single cent raise!

Long hours demanded of hourly and salary workers, however as a salary employee I was expected to be available via telephone at ALL hours; they’re all about their bottom dollar; they’ll happily terminate someone when they demand a rise after absorbing two positions on top of their own and not being compensated for it 3mo and counting - the schmuck underneath me was willing to absorb the duties I had as well as his own for a $10k raise having no idea what I had been paid to do the job, Nevermind the person above me whose jobs I had assumed; if they can save a buck or two and get away with it, they will!
