Long hours or some times no hours

Working for MS companies as a quality inspector is not a pleasant experience. There are way more cons than pros and the turnover rate is extremely high. During my time there, an average of 15 employees were either fired or quit every month. The management doesn't believe in retaining employees and will typically fire them if they make a mistake instead of training them properly. They also change the inspection requirements without informing anyone and then fire employees if they go off the old requirements. This creates an atmosphere of constant fear and uncertainty, as you're always wondering if you'll get fired that day or not. The regional manager has never worked in a similar job posting in the past, making him very inefficient at managing and delegating. The supervisors under him are typically the same and worry more about drama than managing inspectors properly. Lastly, there are absolutely no benefits, including PTO, and you'll be written up if you call out or take off a day unless it's a critical medical emergency. Not having a babysitter or having a close relative or friend does NOT count as an excuse. Overall, I would not recommend working for MS companies as a quality inspector.
