Pros

Free food on Thursdays, free parking, raffles for different events, workout room, young and energetic employees for the most part. Dedicated coworkers.

Cons

The management here is a joke. This company doesn't care about you. They will use you for whatever they can and then you're useless to them after. They have no desire to develop employees, only their flaky business model. Promises are made before expectations can be determined...you will work toward goals that are unattainable and then be punished for it. High-level management all know each other somehow. Nepotism is a running theme here. Male-dominated, not friendly toward women at any level of the business...Everyone who works here either binge drinks, smokes, or is in need of psychiatric intervention. Talents aren't recognized. You probably won't get paid right or will have checks missing. You will be forced to work overtime and answer calls past a decent hour, and then looked at like you've grown a second head when you say you need to have a healthy work-life balance. If you're a temporary employee, don't feel left out: They just look at you as a warm body to put into a room. Their "screening process" is a complete joke. Pay is bad for inspectors and laborers. They will fire an employee without a second thought just to save money. Nobody that works here is immune to it. Do yourself a favor and scour Indeed for direct-hire jobs that actually care about their employees. Plenty of factories are looking for folks. Plenty of offices need employees...don't let the lure of above average pay put you in this place. Thank me later.

Pros

Great people. Insight into some industries. Competitive pay.

Cons

Corporate not in touch with any employees outside of the company's home state. Getting hours can be tough since the jobs typically don't last very long. No structured pay raise system. Health insurance for supervisors and below is complete garbage and only covers vaccines and screenings, nothing else.

Pros

The only pro is my direct supervisor is in touch with reality and down to earth, but they get treated like dirt from our company.

Cons

Good amount of the workers are cons. The Marketing Director has a current contest running from Sept. 7 - Sept. 15th. If you post a positive review on Google or Glassdoor you get entered for a $100 gift card. If I were you, I wouldn't believe any positive post from the 7th through the 15th, and if I could post screenshots I could prove it. I have also heard people from the corporate office say to people that hire, "If you can sell the job for a lower cost to save the company money you should do it." So instead of paying everyone at the same facility $11/hr. Some people will get hired in at $10/hr. because the company is trying to save money by cheating their workers.
