      Good pay If you are under contract with a company and the contract ends they give you an opportunity to work at another location Supervisor took care of employees who brought a negative impact on the environment

      Cons

      Not informed until halfway through the day you would be working over time. Not understanding about letting you have time off for appointments or leaving because of health issues

      Exposure to several different customers and work environments. Projects were self managed. Schedules were flexible.

      Cons

      Difficult to maintain a consistent workforce. Not much job security as all projects were contract based. When projects were complete there was no guarantee of another assignment.

      easy job, not much expected of you just show up and do whats asked of you

      not much room for growth and nothing you can do about the pay scale, gotta sign up for any wanted benifits
