No pros, but I'm going to use this space to note that there is a glitch in this survey. It kept changing my position of "regional manager" into "consolidated theaters". Don't know what that is about.

Cons

The most worthless group of people I have ever worked with/for. The HR/Mgmnt office staff are wildly incompetent. Avoid this place at all costs.
