Awesome environment and amazing team! Everyone works great together, and provides a lending hand when one is needed. Full time employment with benefits and PTO. I am never afraid to ask a question to better perform in my position. Company provides lunch once a week, and hosts company parties to boost moral and show appreciation.

As an employee, I am constantly learning and improving in all aspects of my work life. I have only been with the company a little over a year, yet I have already made advancements in my career. MS Companies is dedicated to constantly making improvements in their own management systems and in the process, they create dynamic career opportunities for their employees. The owner, Pete, truly cares about all of his employees and continually expresses his gratitude to us all.

Cons

This is a company that only retains employees who add value. That's not really a con, but if you're not willing to give your all, then this probably isn't the place for you.

Great company to work for. The company shows appreciation to their best assets, it's employees. MS Companies leadership wants to make this a career, just not a job by developing each employee and supporting their career path goals!

Cons

Short stints working longer days due to growth in the business model and learning the new technology that we have invested in but on the flip side it brings more room for advancement in your career and potential for additional employee positions to be added
