      The company doesn't seem to appreciate their management- they take advantage of them without compensation for it

      Pros

      Gained valuable experience, they don't micro-manage from corporate and also seem to listen to new ideas

      Cons

      They pile more and more responsibilities on you but when it comes down to it refuse to compensate you for the absorbed duties (even if they were not part of the offered position/pay you accepted initially).

      Poor pay and you can go without work for a while if a plant is shut down or if their contract with ms runs out.
