      Pros

      Great company to work for. The company shows appreciation to their best assets, it's employees. MS Companies leadership wants to make this a career, just not a job by developing each employee and supporting their career path goals!

      Cons

      Short stints working longer days due to growth in the business model and learning the new technology that we have invested in but on the flip side it brings more room for advancement in your career and potential for additional employee positions to be added

      I have worked for MS Companies 6 years, they have worked to improve the technology that is used to staffed potential employees. The upper management is great open to suggestions, easy to talk to about issues when something arise. Overall it is a great place to work
