GOOD PAYCHECKS BIWEEKLY, GOOD ENTRY level TO START WORKING IN AUTOMOTIVE WAREHOUSE SETTING POSSIBLE OPPORTUNITIES TO ADVANCE

Cons

Attitudes/favoritism with management was a big issue I noticed halfway through my employment there. Sometimes not working as a team/company in one was the down fall of a lot of mistreatment and issues trying to do your job.

Poor communication between customers and operations field supervisors low salary and benefits I have to reach a $6,500 deductible before I have full coverage on my health insurance poor training they have recently introduced online modules for supervisors ...We do not have a local HR Office.... they have failed to offer us the one on one person-to-person contact it is deserved and reserved to them by their rights...Low wages for inspectors although they are assigned overwhelming and critical the safety inspiration for the safety of the consumer... in which they should be paid at the level according to the case they're working on with them Intel great detail and attention...
