Basic salary is good nothing else

Cons

They don't pay you for the extra hours put in by the person, hard work here isn't acknowledged, in the name of bonus we received peanuts I didn't even get half of my monthly salary

Cons

Some teams have to work a lot harder and give in extra hours compared to others but all get the same pay.
