      Easy, work from home most days. For a fresh grad, the salary is livable but low.

      Cons

      No skills development. Recommend learning on your own time and leaving ASAP.

      hybrid work environment, competitive pay structure, exposure to senior management in many different areas, upward mobility

      Cons

      not the strongest training, learn as you go, frustrating internal processes, cluttered responsibilities across business lines (cause for multiple cooks in the kitchen)

      High salary, great benefits (healthcare package, bonuses, company phone etc.), the colleagues are all well-educated and nice people, work-life balance and atmosphere is 100% and lot of opportunites to grow.

      Cons

      Layoffs in higher positions; lot of pointless meetings; favoritism; promotion doesn't come with a high salary increase
