However, no one should feel they have to choose between their wellbeing and their work, and we're sorry that became a concern. We offer a range of support for exactly this including our Here For You Employee Assistance Program, a confidential 24/7 service covering emotional support, counselling and practical guidance for stress and burnout, as well as our Wellbeing@MSCI platform, a global hub of resources including self-guided toolkits and expert-led webinars to help employees manage stress and build resilience. We also run local wellbeing programmes and initiatives through our offices.
