      Pros

      Many tasks and work related to finance. A good company if you want to sharpen your financial knowledge while coming in contact with other players in the market.

      Could be really busy and tiring on peak periods.

      Pros

      Work from home (varies by department, but my manager completely trusts me to work from home. No babysitting). Nice people Exciting projects

      Cons

      Working in a tech focused role, I often need access to new tech or software. MSCI is so stratified that often the person who understands the problem is not the person who has the privileges to fix the problem. This can often lead to weeks-long chase downs before access is given. Wastes a lot of time and causes unnecessary frustration
