Pros

Salary and Benefits. Good co-workers.

Cons

High turnover rate. Prior to being redundated, I was berated by my immediate manager for not doing documentation related to knowledge sharing, which in fact will be used for my job turnover to the other teams.

Pros

- Used to be a great place to work with very smart people - Apart from politics in some core Engineering divisions, MSCI is still a good company

Cons

( ESG Engineering ) - Highly Incompetent and clueless Management leading to lots of politics, favoritism, and prejudiced bias - Too many EDs and VPs for no reason. That again contributes to lots of politics as there is constant fight to get higher management attention. - Family culture in Management, people being hired without proper interview processes. - No direction of growth or solving issues. No proper technical leadership. - "YES SIR" culture focused on suppressing voices that make sense. - Upper Management has become suspiciously all Microsoft since the new CTO joined - Not a good Governance (That's one of the prime pillars of ESG Ratings) - Not much Female Leadership - Great people are just chased out of company
