Good salary Good teams/employee and work culture good work life balance good work exposer to global team. Many teams have team members spreaded over the different country. good if you want to switch internally.

Cons

sometimes feels like they lack the future vision and dont have long term goals best if you are working in global team otherwise, im not sure about other teams

Flexible work hours and hybrid work setup. Reasonable basic pay.

Cons

Company wastes resources on retaining incompetent managers instead of employees who actually provide value. No clear guidance for promotions. Flat structure, very little opportunity for growth. No concrete metrics for assessing performance; highly variable “performance-based” bonus. Unreasonable workload and deadlines.
