Thank you for taking the time to write your review, we are thrilled to see someone with such tenure at MSCI comment, and to share your view re the people who work here, and quality of work we do. We are proud of both and its terrific to see you reflect it. We are also mindful that we do have periods of time where our working patterns, or deadlines, or peaks of work activity can be tough, and we appreciate all of the hard work that goes into making MSCI successful. We are fully supportive of our employees and are keen to promote a healthy balance between work and non work - we try to be respectful of people's time and importance of families and friends. We encourage anyone who feels they are not getting the support they need, or if they are finding their stress levels to be unmanageable to speak up - either to their manager, or a colleague, or to their local HR representative.

Thank you for your feedback, we always value commentary on Glassdoor. At MSCI we pride ourselves with demonstrating flexibility in the way our teams operate – we believe engaged teams are more productive and flexibility is a key driver of engagement. Naturally we are disappointed to read that you believe those who suggest changes are restructured – we are always looking to develop and as you know, innovation which leads to change is a core part of our DNA. It is true, however, that we have a performance culture – as do many other organisations – and as such, from time time, we restructure and employees leave us. These decisions are not taken lightly but are not unique to MSCI. However, we hope that our desire to care about our employees and former employees resonates and that our Alumni, with time, understand the decisions that are made. Our Alumni community is also important to us and we welcome feedback from them.
