Pros

I had a very nice teammates, but also people in other departments were helpful and had a happy to help attitude. Starting just when the pandemic hit, it was handled pretty good, having virtual cooking sessions (steaks and other ingredients were provided/sponsored), virtual wine tastings (also free), and having small workout sessions of 15-30 min 3x a week in the middle of the day (all voluntarily ofc)

Cons

Working with teams in US makes late hours for European countries when having meetings together
