In the past two years, 45% of the employees in the San Francisco office were promoted - a reflection of the talent and growth of our West Coast colleagues.
Based on feedback by other employees and data we routinely collect, our culture, work environment and engagement are continuing to strengthen. MSCI will continue to invest in our San Francisco colleagues, as this is vital to our Firm’s ongoing growth.
