Pros

A company that cares about employees

Cons

Roles in Mexico are rather operational, not good for someone looking for deep analysis. Good for a first job.

Pros

Strong franchise Large research team Good parts to make a great company Employees Teamwork

Cons

Never comes together despite OneMSCI program. Missed a huge trick with the sale of Barclays indexes to plug the gaping hole in the fixed income space. Pay premium for acquisitions and then cost-cut it to the bone to keep the Street happy. Hence why growth is sub-par compared to its competitors. CEO and Chairman should not be held by the same person. Not a good place if you have a family to take care of.
