      Comprehensive benefits, great learning opportunities. Career path is highly dependent on how good your immediate supervisor is (or how invested they are in your growth).

      Cons

      Executive management isn't very clear on their goals (or isn't communicated to the employees).

      This feedback was shared frequently in the past and the MSCI Executive team has since responded. Now, early each year, the senior team takes the time to refresh, document and communicate goals across the organization. On an ongoing basis, progress and updates on goals are shared with the firm.

      Pros

      Index business is really strong and dominates the market.

      Cons

      As always promotions are based on whom you know. Sales , not product, driven culture. Many of whom dont know the products , clients or markets they are trying to sell.

      Pros

      They have great benefits and remuneration package. They are flexible when it comes to work, they allow you to work from home if needed. Job promotion is easy as long as you are a performer.

      Cons

      They need to improve on their training, procedure manuals and technology as a whole. Job security not assured. One minute you are employed, the next thing you know you are out of a job even if your group is performing.
