Pros

Smart, motivated colleagues and great team culture. Interview process was LONG, but having joined the company it makes sense - it really values getting the right person for the job. Benefits and salary are competitive. The company has handled the COVID-19 crisis very well.

Cons

As a (relatively) big company, there's a lot of bureaucracy. There's a lack of flexibility, and the company isn't as open and innovative as it would like to be. Some people in management positions are not suitable as managers. Although they are highly skilled in their fields, many are not used to/good at managing people.
