Pros

As a member of the training team, I have seen firsthand the effort and emphasis MSCI puts forth on developing the talent of it's people.

Cons

MSCI is going through a growth process. While growing pains exist, we have to remember that Rome wasn't built in a day.

Pros

A perfect Work and Life balance. Employees are well paid (above national average) and motivated. Working atmosphere is really friendly. Also selection procedure is very proper so that good quality talent is extracted.

Cons

Growth may be slow. But really there are no CONS as such
