Pros

MSCI pays well to those who do exactly what they are told. If you are happy with well defined job, where you invest your energy energy into obeying those above you, MSCI will treat you well.

Cons

It can be a depressing and oppressive place if you like ideas, if you are creative, or feel that the management does not always know best.

Pros

Good place for an early career professional to pick up skills and get exposure in a brand name global company Very intense, fast pace work that teaches you to think on your feet The opportunity to work with some very hard working, dedicated people

Cons

A toxic environment filled with in-fighting and turf wars amidst senior and middle management No accountability, no stability, no transparency, no performance standards, no trust. Everyone says the right thing but not much gets done except a lot of running around in circles Poor compensation
