MSCI reviews

Thank you for your feedback. MSCI continues to improve the level of support provided to develop our people. Over the last two years, we have focused efforts to improve in this area in a number of ways including developing a robust suite of development resources for employees and managers, facilitating mentoring programs, and substantially increasing our employee development budget. Employee development is a top priority for MSCI and our employees are seeing evidence of that priority as they tell us in our annual engagement survey. Our development score has increased year over year. Please do not hesitate to reach out to HR to explore further options for development.
