Too much greed. Comp doesn't reward hard work nor results. Or is it only top management who gets well paid? Career upside is only for sales people Hectic. TOO MUCH politics.

Fully controlled, no way to be creative and come up with new ideas. Terrible internal procedures ("be bulletproofed") ZERO INTERNAL CAREER OPPORTUNITY!!!!!!!!!! From emerging countries, there is NO WAY TO MOVE to developed location To get a higher level position, it's easier to leave the firm and apply to the position from outside than be promoted. No real life as you have to be in the office day and night.
