Management don’t care so you can basically do whatever you want

Poor training Waiting months for anything Management don’t care and when I brought it to their attention I was told that if I thought my struggles were bad then it was nothing compared to how difficult they have it!!!!!!!!!! No one cares and in all my jobs they are the worst at not giving help or advice
