      Role flexibility and to take on more. Good experience in dealing with changing numerous targets Remote working. Bonus at 20% Cross functional teams.

      Cons

      No work - life balance. Procurement targets fluctuate constantly. Category switches too often which upset stakeholders e.g. 4 different associate directors in less than 1 year Targets unrealistically stretched. Shareholder is king. Lack of emotionally intelligent managers

      Pros

      good work environment and great people flexibility (working hours and work from home) good salary and benefits if you are a Merck's employee fresh fruits every morning, free friday breakfast and cakes once a month

      Cons

      it's a good company if you are a Merck's employee, if you are a contractor there are some differences in treatment(salary and benefits, accessibility to vacancies) management sometimes not so good and it changes very often
