      Lots of room for progression Great work environment Upper management very approachable Genuinely lovely place full of lovely people

      Cons

      Salary increase for promotions capped at 10% as per company policy which is disappointing in such a competitive industry. In order to be paid fairly for the level of work being carried out you will be forced to move to a different company.
