Poor management and low avenues for advancement

There are several generations of employees in the company where the older generation is from before MSD and is hard to work with and the newer generation is just plain rude. There is a culture of not answering emails or team calls so you have to manually hunt whoever you need to talk to. Documentation is missing on a lot of things. No one really knows who is in charge of what and the middle management is always micromanaging everything as a result but still doesn't have a clue about what you're doing as there is no protect management tools at use.
