Genuinely coachable rank and file teams; compensation and benefits were ok assuming certain factors such as appropriate scope, responsibilities and risk.
Cons
*Horrible "legacy" bias mindset in leadership. *Provincial thinking, derision and disdain for out of the box thinking. *Lack of situational awareness was pervasive; political commentary by management displayed ignorance of diverse viewpoints, sentiments. *Compensation was not commensurate with my responsibility. *Management asleep at the switch in multiple departments responsible for risk mitigation.
