Pay and benefits Not too competitive, good collaboration between colleagues Working environment (offices, cafeteria etc) is good Possible to grow diverse careers within this large organisation Big push on D&I but impact not yet felt in NL
Cons
A lot of talk of innovation but not much evidence for it in most departments A huge company, change is slow but steady Sometimes things operate too much in silos so you reinvent the wheel Can be quite a locker-room feel
