      Great people, salary and benefits, working flexibility, perks, stable, large company.

      Cons

      Process-oriented, extremely conservative, lawyers dictate most of work without understanding roles, role duplicity and overlap without clear undefined ownership or accountability. All of above challenges work-reward and actual ability to feel like your voice is heard and you can make a difference.
