Pros

Super friendly people, great focus on diversity & inclusion, no blame game and more focus on collaborative work and remedying problems as a team, low turnover (many employees stay for MANY YEARS!), increased sense of purpose working in a company that’s dedicated to serving people, company benefits

Cons

Working across time zones (need to work OT sometimes), however there are recent efforts to mitigate this — ie keeping OT calls for Tues/Wed nights only.

- One of the top pharmaceutical companies in the world - MNC - Incentives are great if you hit your own sales target

Cons

- Management all over the place - Superficial corporate values - No teamwork in the team that I am in, lack of the "one team spirit" - Office politics where it often leads you to doing the job on your own
