The company culture, the training, the pay, the benefits, the facilities & IT support for sales rep is superb

Cons

In medical rep life, none actually compared to other MNC Pharmaceutical. MNC has high sales target, if sales target scares you and occasional marketing work on weekends are cons, Pharma sales rep is not for you
