      Pros

      The people are at the heart of MSD and everybody talks about the great inclusive culture here. MSD are also extremely ethical and do what's right for the patient. The leadership is strong and with that comes a clear direction and vision.

      Cons

      As with any large corporation, protocol and red tape can slow decisions and hinder innovation but MSD is working hard on this.
