      Pros

      Exemplary company that puts its employees first, listens to them and makes changes accordingly. A company that is driven by innovation and improving lives of humans and animals. It’s hard not to be proud of working in this company.

      Cons

      lack of self learning portals, or materials. Not necessary expensive physical or online courses. Just having subscription access to self learning portals would be great.

      Entire company is stifled by complex bureaucracy and endless process that is in large paper based. The company continually develops and promotes people that are inexperienced but say the right thing.
