      Worklife balanced Friendly Colleague Good compensation package

      Cons

      If you report to Europe IT hub, culture is totally different from Merck US. Some department got their own process, ways of doing things and not so friendly culture. Operate in silo and some department don't collaborate and overlap functionalities, tools and processes. Very political environment.

      They treated you like you are well paid & everything you did was paid through bonuses no recognition as they tough you they can teach others since they ve 100 applicantions for work Experienced people ready to join & if they promoted non mature manager they tried to keep them & loose reps to not show that they did the wrong decision
