Interesting place right now as digital transformation is going on and the whole industry is changing by it. You can be proud on the CEO and the company's mission and the way it is achieving it.

Cons

Everything important gets political. It is natural in such a complex environment, but you have to learn how to live in this environment. It usually takes couple of years and it implies you fall down couple of times. Count on long terms only. There is a huge drive for change, but you're riding on a dinosaur.
