      Pros

      Most of the people are nice, the two yearly company parties are nice. If you have a good manager, you will be fine.

      Cons

      Company full of politics and processes, they don't care about the employees, no real flexible time if you work in agile, agile is badly implemented in some teams, most of the managers are really bad in their jobs.

      Pros

      Good work-life balance, medical coverage, annual leave, spouse and children have medical coverage as well, good transport allowance, gym membership

      Cons

      There's no selling skills/soft skills training given to junior sales representatives. And no personal development training given to sales representatives.
