Pros
Well defined and established medical department, keen on employee development. Building and identifying the SL list among the medical community is their prominent thing.
Cons
Not business oriented. They lack employee job security and they aren't willing to retain a dedicated employee who has served this esteemed company with dedication and passion. I'm an example of a sudden dismissed case where no previous alert or warning have been raised till the last day. No managerial coaching neither HR feedback or provision. A shame for such big firm.
