Cons
Exaggerated America corporate culture, a lot of nepotism happening and no management or leadership decision really reflects the values and mission claimed. Either you invest in selling yourself and playing the corporate game or you won’t get any career development. Benefits are only for those that belong to the inner circle or that sell out other colleagues. I reported 2 unethical nepotism cases to the external ethics partner, just to see the company changing the partner company and the ethics reporting channel. Company does not car about the health of their employees.
