It is ever evolving company trying to find new ways to meet patients' needs as well as employees' needs Considerably Work Life Balance can be seen Career opportunities are plentiful locally or overseas and can be outside your professional field

      Matrix organization mean you be wearing many hats (can be a good or bad thing at times) Some senior level (ED and below) dont really know what theyre doing at times At times got urgent stuff to do which means you need to re-prioritise your agenda for the day Can have too many night calls (seasonal) Career opportunities are there but at times you gotta be patience
