      The only thing to rescue is the salary

      Cons

      A company run by bosses who harass their employees. A company riddled with discrimination, yet it's accepted by the bosses. You can't even eat or go to the bathroom without facing retaliation. The human resources team only provides coaching and doesn't address the root causes of the problems their bosses create. If you have other job options, choose those and forget about this company.
