      Great products, patient focused, competitive salary, great package, recruit some excellent people, focus on R&D , great work/life balance and the most important of all....ethical.

      Cons

      Slow to change to market challenges, lack of trust and respect between various departments though this culture was being addressed well at my time of leaving.
