      1. Company policies are good. Hybrid work policy. 2. Benefits are good. Free lunch in office. 3. Employee friendly organisation

      1. Slow growth in career 2. Internal office politics 3. Sometimes depending upon project, US team and India team feels distant 4. People have less understanding of software engineering hence not a good company to join if you're into technical domain.
