Pros
MSI has done a wonderful job of adapting to the circumstances of an unexpected pandemic. They have managed to stay afloat while giving no lay offs and guaranteeing everyone’s ability to keep their jobs when they return. MSI also never forced employees to come to work and provided all necessary precautions to keep those coming in safe. They made sure to provide masks and wipes right away and created secluded work spaces for employees. They even offered certain employees an opportunity to work from home which they had never done before. The company also continued with their decision to give employees raises despite the sudden change in circumstances.
Cons
They should reward those who stayed committed to their work without any conflicts.
