Transparent Leadership Team, 401K plan with company match, PTO and heath insurance! Open and friendly atmosphere .. A safe place to work with hard working , smart co-workers, adaptable and sales driven to continuously grow even during turbulent times.

MSI has a team oriented, family approach to running it's business. This was very important during the recent pandemic as the ownership of the company stayed very transparent and assured everyone they were doing everything they could for all of us to make it through the tough times together. As a sales person MSI gives you the flexibility, tools, and resources to run your customer base as if you were running your own business.

Cons

If you only work as an individual with a me first approach you may not be a good fit for the company as a team first environment is very important.
