Open door policy, humble management, innovative in end consumer tech, problem solvers, great work environment and staff, very smart and humble VP, President and CEO who put the msi staff first, and are very motivating.

Cons

No clear job description. wear many hats and expected to excel at each function with no proper training, no structure, no qualified business analyst, very difficult for self- development, work overtime (Salary).
